Standard Rate:
- $475.00/per night plus tax
$25 per person/per night exceeding groups of two.
Thanksgiving (November 18th-December 15th):
- $500.00/per night plus tax
$25 per person/per night exceeding groups of two.
Holiday Rates (December 15th-January 6th):
- $550.00/per night plus tax
$25 per person/per night exceeding groups of two.
Winter/Spring Rates (January 7th-April 15th):
- $500.00/per night plus tax
$25 per person/per night exceeding groups of two.
Cleaning Fee:
We charge a cleaning fee of $150.00 per stay.
Reservation Policy:
Minimum stay: We have a two-night minimum stay. During the holiday season (December 15th-January 3rd) we have a four-night minimum. ***
Payment: We accept all major credit cards. We will take a 25% deposit via credit card, to secure your requested dates. The remaining balance will be charged upon arrival. We use “Square” to process all credit card payments, and a receipt will be sent via email after your payment has been processed.
Check-in: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Taxes:
The State of Hawaii charges a General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712% and a Transient Accomodation Tax (TAT) of 10.25% to all short-term rentals. In addition, as of November 1st, 2021 an additonal Maui County Transient Accomodation Tax (TAT) of 3.00% will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
Due to our remote location and being a popular tourist destination, a full refund will only be given for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival, except for holiday periods. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival, we will refund 50% of the total amount. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to or depart earlier than your registered check-out date, we will not be able to offer any refund. If anything is missing or damaged after you check out, we will charge your credit card for the cost of repair and/or replacement of the item.
